Ms Armstrong

My name is Britta Armstrong-Mitchell (Ms. Armstrong to the kids), and I have been a kindergarten teacher here at Prairieland Elementary since we opened in 1999.  Prior to that, I spent 5 years as a reading specialist with the Title I program.   I have my bachelor's in elementary education from Illinois Wesleyan and my master's in curriculum and instruction from Nova Southeastern.  I am married and have one son (who happens to be a former Prairieland Cougar!) in college.
