Hello! For anyone who is new to Prairieland or who is not familiar with me, I am Jill Garneau and I have been teaching Physical Education for over 20 years. This will be my fourteenth year teaching at this amazing school! I am still as passionate as ever about teaching your child(ren) how to move and why it is important for their overall health. My goal is to teach students that movement can be a fun way to stay healthy! I want my students to be confident in their ability level and use their skills in creative ways to stay active!
My name is Drew Emerick and I am the newest addition to Prairieland Physical Education. I lived and played in Bethalto, IL until spending my most recent years at Illinois State University. The activities I find myself playing the most are basketball and volleyball. My passion for educating others has been within me forever. In my biased opinion, physical education is a gold mine for your student’s physical, mental, and emotional success. I look forward to guiding your child to reach their goals! Go Cougars! |
